We do not use the term “VAT” to describe Indian GST. If Bliss Order later sells to a jurisdiction where VAT or similar taxes apply, additional tax requirements may apply to those transactions.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. Orders may be subject to payment authorization by the selected payment provider.
If a pricing, tax, or product-information error is discovered, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel or adjust the affected order in accordance with applicable law.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines communicated on our website, product pages, checkout, or Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, operational issues, incorrect addresses, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
If an order is delayed or materially affected by a delivery issue, we will provide reasonable assistance through our customer support channels.
If Bliss Order uses a third-party supplier, fulfillment partner, courier, or logistics provider, the order may be shipped through that provider.

The Bliss Order name, logo, branding, website design, original text, graphics, images, product content created by Bliss Order, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Bliss Order, except where otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Bliss Order content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Bliss Order intellectual property.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Bliss Order operates its online store using Shopify as an e-commerce platform.
Shopify provides technology and infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store. However, purchases of products from Bliss Order are transactions between you and Bliss Order.
Shopify is not responsible for the products, product descriptions, order fulfillment, refunds, returns, or customer-service obligations of Bliss Order, except to the extent required by applicable law or Shopify's own services and terms.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY
Your use of our website and the handling of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
